HOW WE ACCOMPLISH OUR VISION
At the NXT Foundation we accomplish our vision by showing up in the places that need us most. We run free clinics in underserved communities, provide scholarships for camps, and help families cover the cost of club soccer so players can stay in the game. Our work removes barriers, creates access, and builds real pathways for kids who deserve every opportunity to grow.
Initiative 01
Free Community Clinics
We bring free, high quality soccer clinics to underserved and under resourced communities across the Southeast. Our coaches show up with energy, intention, and a focus on giving every kid a chance to learn, play, and feel supported in the game. These clinics remove barriers, create access, and help players fall in love with soccer in environments where opportunities are limited.

Camp Scholarship Program
Our Camp Scholarship Program gives players the chance to attend NXT Soccer camps when cost would normally keep them out. These scholarships open the door to elite level coaching, competitive environments, and new experiences that can change a player’s development and confidence. Every scholarship directly impacts a kid who deserves a real opportunity to grow.
Initiative 03
Club Soccer Access Fund
Club soccer is one of the biggest financial barriers families face. The Club Soccer Access Fund helps cover registration fees, uniforms, and other essential costs so players can join teams and stay in the game year round. This program ensures that income never becomes the reason a young player steps away from the sport they love.

Coach Education in Underserved Areas
We partner with local coaches in underserved communities and equip them with training, session plans, mentorship, and support. By investing in the people who lead these programs, we strengthen entire communities and create long term impact. Better coaches build better environments, and better environments give kids the chance to thrive.
